Store Keeper Main Role Is To Ensure Availability of Sufficient Good Quality Raw Materials and Packaging Materials On The Production Floor for Continuous Production and Packaging Process, While Ensuring Minimal Waste, for Great Customer Experience, Meeting Market Demand and Market Expectations By Performing The Following Responsibilities:-ensure Stores Are Cleaned and Meticulously Laid Out, Arranged and Staked, Items Well Labelled for Easier Access and Issuance.ensure Production Orders Are Issued On Time By Timely Input and Print Out of The Plans To Achieve Smooth Production.ensure All Packaging Materials Are Ordered On Time By Monitoring and Maintaining The Minimum Order Record.monitor Daily Stock Take By Closing Daily Production Plans and Conducting Daily Raw Materials, Packaging and Finished Goods Stocks.receive Daily Production Stocks By Verifying Daily Production Output and Inputting Into Sap.write Stock Reports and Forward Them To The Production Manager To Facilitate Real Time Information in Stock Level At All Times.reconcile All Daily Production I.e. Cartons Produced in a Day To Address and Avoid Stock Variances.follow-up With Procurement To Make Sure That All Ordered Materials Are Delivered On Time.forwarding Finished Goods To Logistics Store for Onward Selling.
  • 3 Years Relevant Experience in a Busy Production Industry.
  • Diploma in Store Keeping
  • Procurement and Supplies Chain
  • Business Administration.problem Solving: Should Be Able To Tackle and Resolve Small Problems That Occasionally Or Frequently Arise At The Workstation.attention To Detail: Should Be Able To Be Attentive To Data and Figures.teamwork: Should Be Able To Work Closely With Colleagues To Deliver Team Targets.communication Skills: Should Be Able To Communicate Or Explain Clearly Any Information Related To Stores Within The Organization.leadership Skills: Should Be Able To Work Under Minimum Supervision.erp System Knowledge: Ability To Use Erp Systems To Aid in Day To Day Activities and Produce Much Needed Reports for Company Decision Making.
