Production Shift Manager Main Role Is To Coordinate All Canning Process Operations in Production Sections By Ensuring That Equipment’s Are Running Efficiently and Product Quality Specifications Are Attained By Performing The Following Duties:-planning, Scheduling, Coordinating With Other Departments, Supervising Production and Ensuring Implementation of Corrective/preventive Maintenance of Plant Equipment’s With a View To Reduce Spoilage/wastage.preparing and Monitoring Cannery Operation Budget With a View To Minimize Cost.maintaining The Plant Sanitation and Hygiene Program. Ensuring The Company Safety Program Is Maintained and Brought To All Levels.ensuring The Company Quality Standards Are Met.training and Developing Competent Supervisory and Subordinate Staff and Identify Individuals With Growth Potential.
Requirements
  • 7 Years Plus Experience of Leading a Large Team in a Fast Moving Food Consumer Goods Organization At Middle/senior Management Level.
Responsibilities
  • University Degree in Food Science & Technology.should Be Able To Work Under Highly Stressful Conditions.due To Large Work Force One Has To Be a Team Player and Self-motivated With a Positive Attitude.should Be Well Versed With Iso Standards.age: - 35 – 45 Years.

Kshs. 350,000 - 400,000 Plus Generous Company Benefits (KES)
