Process & Maintenance Manager Main Roles Is To To Ensure All Production Equipments Are Readily Available for Production Purposes and Safe for Utility.ensure There Is Preventive Maintenance Schedule in Place and All Operators Are Conversant With Their Use.other Duties Include:-ensure The Factory Equipment Are Operational for Use.ensure Compliance of The Same Equipments Meet Standards.ensure Preventative Maintenance Is Done On a Daily Basis.advice The Management On The Best Ways To Achieve High Productivity With The Existing Equipments.carry Out Commissioning of New Projects and Start Ups.train The Operators On The Optimum Use of The Machines in Place.maintain a Safe and Clean Environment Within The Process Area.to Monitor Service Contracts With Suppliers To Ensure That Maintenance and Any Repair Work Is Carried Out To The Required Standards and To Deal With Suppliers and Vendors On Selection, Installation and Problem Resolution.to Be The Custodian of Service Manuals and Schematics for Every Piece of Equipmentto Carry Out Basic Servicing and Repair of All Equipment, and To Order for The Required Maintenance Items and Test Equipment.to Deal With Operator Problems and To Train Staff in The Operation of New Equipment in Their Departments.to Document Written Procedures for Preventive Maintenance and To Advise His Team Accordingly. Schedule and Implement Maintenance Systems.to Develop and Maintain An Inventory of Repair Parts and Test Equipment Necessary To Ensure Minimum Down Time.to Guide The Staff Under Him and To Supervise Them To Ensure That All Maintenance Work Is Carried Out Correctly and On Time.to Contribute in The Preparation of The Maintenance Department Annual Budget in Consultation With The Managing Director and To Monitor and Control Material Usage To Ensure Cost-effectiveness in All Jobs.ensure Availability of The Equipments and Advise On Improvements Required.ensure Short Breakdown Times.monitor and Implement Cost Reduction.schedule for Upgrading Programs of Process.schedule for External Customers( Co- Packing).to Carry Out Any Other Duties That May Be Assigned To Him By The Management From Time To Time.
Requirements
  • At Least 5 Years Progressive Working Experience Doing Process and Maintenance Management in a Busy Fmcg Manufacturing Company.those Who Have Worked in Beverage Or Food Processing Companies Will Have An Added Advantage.
Responsibilities
  • Bsc Degree in Mechanical Or Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.diploma/technician Ii/electrical Engineering.

Kshs. 150,000 - 250,000 Plus Company Benefits (KES)
