● Annotation of data in terms of match and information provided
● Interpreting data and providing critical analysis of information provided .Processing data and providing an easier way for it to be consumed by various stakeholders i.e.
● Consumers .Interpretation of company-based brand to ones best judgement

● Analyzing research questions in terms of scope, expectations of the client and overall understanding
● Research that involves scanning and extensive reading, paraphrasing the acquired information and rewriting them in a whole new light.

● Receiving, directing and helping visitors, patients and anyone who needed help about the institution, this included members of the public, microfinance institutions and students from other institutions
● Managing all communications within the institution which included receiving and dispatching incoming and outgoing mails, delivering of staff files to various departments
● Preparing public relations plans for the organization; posters, announcements, press releases and speeches
● Arranging, coordinating and organization of events within and outside the organization
● Handling crisis communication in the organization
● Carrying out social responsibilities ie visiting the sick in other hospitals, campaigns on cancer awareness
● Research on customer feedback regarding the organization through inpatient and exit questionnaires .
