Myself is Mohammad Monjur Alam Talukdar. I’m a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET), pursued Executive MBA from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. At present, I'm working in Rangs Group in After- Sales Business of Commercial vehicles. I’m a self-motivated, highly adaptive to changes sales person with 10 years of marketing and sales experience of Spare Parts, Lubricant and Service at B2B and B2C level plus 2 years’ experience in a research project conducted for augmentation of heat transfer in Heat Exchangers through inserts. I'm a result oriented professional with proven business development and management experience who loves to take challenges. I also have experience in establishing and managing parts retail network pan Bangladesh.

    Key Duties/Responsibilities:
    • Formulate Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for After-Sales, monitoring and review of variances in the AOP
    • Formulate annual business plan & budget, annual spare parts retailer-ship expansion plan & budget, and service network expansion plan & budget, manpower recruitment plan & budget, Corporate service & Parts business plan & budget and monthly review
    • Provide leadership and day to day management of Parts Sales Representatives and distribution of
    workload. Train team and provide tools as needed to drive targeted results.
    • Develop & drive the Spare Parts and Service strategy in alignment with the overall Ranks Motor
    Workshop strategy for the achievement of After-Sales Revenue and desired profits
    • Formulate business strategy and develop an execution plan for increasing spare parts sales and ensure a healthy Stock of Spare parts
    • Work directly with Purchasing/Sourcing departments to determine proper seasonal spare parts
    inventory levels while minimizing slow moving/obsolete/excess inventory.
    • Prepare, monitor & review business strategy of spare parts and develop an execution plan for increasing spare parts sales in the unit and ensuring maximum profitability for the organization, maintain healthy Stock of Spare parts
    • Identify and propose system improvements for increased operational efficiency and support its
    implementation by the IT function
    • Monitor & review achievement of spare parts supply/delivery targets as per customer requirements ensuring maximum customer satisfaction (In house & retailer) by optimum handling of their queries/concerns
    • Conduct periodic price reviews of the spare parts, prepare and submit price revision proposals to the customers to maintain/ enhance department profitability
    • Formulate pricing strategy, incentive policy for dealer & sales and get approved by management
    • Drive capability building and development of high potential talent and focus on creating a leadership pipeline
    • Ensure timely goal setting, performance review, feedback and development of subordinates in the team
    • Ensure attraction, engagement and retention of key talent within the team
    • Leading Local Procurement Team
