I got an X850 which I have cleared paying for. But now I am being told I cannot get the TV set which is part of the package because apparently the package was repackaged.

After sales service very poor
Taken my TV for repair through one of the agents at Kinango Kwal county since june. TV not returned, no communication since then.Agent very rude.I have no place to lodge my complain.During last visit to the agent , there were so many customers with varied complains about the service.This agents are a mess and a complete let down
