NikoHapa Ventures Ltd is a privately held company, comprising of some of the most creative and talented tech designers, and software/systems developers in the market.
Our flagship product – NikoHapa Customer Engagement Platform – enables businesses to keep track of, and reward their loyal customers, even as they tap on them for feedback and social-media (facebook/twitter/google+) marketing. The goal is an accessible social network that helps brands to connect with their customers, while helping the customers discover (and tell their friends about) cool businesses.
NikoHapa is also great for targeting distribution of discounts and rewarding loyal customers.

How it works:
NikoHapa platform allows customers to “check in" to Businesses by sending unique product-identification codes to the NikoHapa server. They do this by texting to 4272 (@ 1 KES), using our mobile app, or the web.
They can also check in by simply tapping the NikoHapa Card on NikoHapa terminals.
The place can offer a promotion based on the number of checkins/points – for example “a free top for every 10 points”. The card allows the customer to accrue points based on their spend.
Customers who allow their checkins to show on facebook and twitter provide great marketing to themselves and their cherished brand.
