Upstate Kenya Auctioneers (UKA) (formerly watergate auctioneers) was established in 2004 with the its main business being offering auctioneering services. We are based at Nellea Plaza, Ngara Road in Nairobi's Ngara area. Amongst the services we offer includes; public auction sales, execution of court warrants of attachment and sale, levy of distress for rent under the distress for rent act, repossession of property acquired on credit, realization of charged securities by banks and other financial institutions, court process service, private investigations and debt recovery. Joseph Kahoro Mundia is the lead auctioneer at Upstate Kenya Auctioneers (UKA) and holds a diploma in Business Management from the university of Nairobi. He boasts of over 15 years experience in auctioneering.
