WESTERN SEED & GRAIN CO LTD - Kitale

Western Seed is a Kenyan organization dedicated to resolving the issue of reduced maize productivity among small-scale farms in East Africa. By providing hybrid seed varieties, they have enabled farmers to double their harvests and consequently, their income. In the last two growing seasons, Western Seed has impacted 300,000 households. By 2014, they anticipate assisting 800,000 households, which will directly benefit more than 4 million people.
