Poor network, very rude customer care staff and poor feed backs on any issues

We have paid the full subscription fees and yet none of the channels are working and to make it worse some good channels just disappear! Also, you guys just dont pick up calls!! I wonder who manages this place

You guys never answer any calls from your end. How are we supposed to report about the channels that aren't working!!!

Cable TV is used the most on week ends and you do not work on week ends and neither have back up support.
Further, none of your phones are answered most of the time. Service needs a face lift very badly.

The service is very poor and black out for more than 4 days and no one attending the phones
