Horrible customer service!
I have been a premier DSTV client for over 10 years. MultiChoice recently increased their prices, failed to inform me despite having my contact details and proceeded to disconnect my account when I paid the old price. Their customer service agents and supervisors were very nonchalant about the inconvenience they had caused me and only gave hollow apologies for the oversight. Multi choice does not deserve my KES 9550 per month! I am now trying to terminate the service and get my refund and they are making it difficult! Horrible customer service!

They stole my money which I paid for a DStv kit delivery....
Scammers..I paid kshs 5199 to get a DStv kit but they never delivered..anybody trying to use this please don't...I have been calling them every day but the then only answers given is that I gave them 20 minute and they will call back to give me feedback.....................

This is just but a company of thieves trying to steal kenyans

LOST PICTURE/AUDIO
Since Ichanged to a new decorder i have not been able to view Maisha Magic Plus which is my families favourite, Ihave called and even taken the decorder back for resetting twice but nothing happens. Could Ibe told where the problem is?

pathetic customer service
Dstv keep cutting me off even though paid on an account their sales person gave. Been calling them daily...nightmare to get through. Purely false promises that they will connect. Absolutely pathetic customer services and their supervisors are just talk.

Poor customer service tonit
I have been on the phone for one hour trying to speak to an agent !
I have paid my subscription in full , in spite of this every 3-4 days the Indian bouquet gets cancelled ,

OK. The services may be good but the customers service is just terrible to be fair. They don't keep time at all.

paid for services, promised instalation, wasted day waiting for a technician to come only to be called two hours passed the agreed time to be informed that the person who has keys to the store is unavailable

I absolutely agree. The Custom Care Services is the worst than in the public sector. I have expreinced same problem of being told about the installer for three days now and no action.
