pathetic customer service
Dstv keep cutting me off even though paid on an account their sales person gave. Been calling them daily...nightmare to get through. Purely false promises that they will connect. Absolutely pathetic customer services and their supervisors are just talk.

paid for services, promised instalation, wasted day waiting for a technician to come only to be called two hours passed the agreed time to be informed that the person who has keys to the store is unavailable

I absolutely agree. The Custom Care Services is the worst than in the public sector. I have expreinced same problem of being told about the installer for three days now and no action.

I have paid for access package but I only receive 2 channels: KBC and 100, why? My package is always changed to family without consent. I have also tried to call customer service but no response, I'll relocate
