My sister send me a percel from Naivasha tu Matisi, webuye on 18th November 2021,.. The nnus management of Bungoma complicated my percel till it got lost.The Bungoma management don't know upto now whereabout my percel and the manager told me tuache kumsumbua when I ask where is my percel.Need your help to get back my percel

I am very disappointed by the parcel woman in Nairobi. I went to pick my parcel and she was very rude. I stood there for like 30 minutes waiting for her to finish a call and even after keeping me for that long she was daring enough to talk rudely to me. Kindly warn her. The light skin woman that is usually in the parcel office especially in the morning.

I was coming from naivasha to Nairobi,during the evening hours on a Sunday...a certain rude driver of a kcm 365l declined to take the route to gitaru where I was headed saying that jam itampata muguga..I pleaded with him to no mercy he asked a college at limuru how the route to waiyaki way was and he was told that it was very smooth but akanipeleka town and I had to board a matatu back to gitaru....

That's not good you people. You should return my money because you are reaping where you didn't sow. I'm very much disappointed by you people. This is the fourth week ati bado ningoje tu, mkishika simu, sidian bank will let me know.

I want to inform or to empower nnus service that customer has the right to choose the vehicle he or her want to travel with ... today after travelling with nnus for more than 7yrs am so disappointed when i said that i want to change my recipts because i was not comfortable with my seat. And i was rushing to the airport from naivasha to nairobi but the lady who was in the office returned my money back that i will wait for that vehicle to be full ... drives tried to talk to her to change my receipt she said no ... that was my most and worst day i had to hire a taxi from naivasha to nairobi . I will never travelled with nnus and i will not recommend anyone ... nkt
