WASN'T GIVEN BACK CHANGE
I boarded a matatu from Ngara at around 5:50pm and alighted at Kenyatta road some minutes to 6:50pm.
I gave the conductor Ksh 500 and didn't receive back my change. He said he didn't have the change when I asked for it and I only remembered after alighting.
How should I follow this up? The fare was Ksh 70.

Shitty service
Physically assaulted by a conductor. Kidogo aniue! Gave him 500 and said i did not give him when I asked for my balance. Am even scared for my fellow women! Pathetic!

RUDE LOPHA CONDUCTOR AND NOT GIVING BACK CHANGE
I boarded a lopha mini bus from town to ruiru ndani KBQ 737C.i gave him 1000 and 30bob on top.the fare was 80.he first said he does not have any coin so I gave him the 30bob.kutoka roysambu I kept asking for the change and he was so sarcastic akisema Hana change "kwani ukiingia Hukujua gari ni 80 bob"I told him Niko na mpesa can I send you?akasema hataki mpesa..tukafika ruiru ndani and the guy did not give me all the amount..kwa kejeli akaniambia piga gari picha utume kwa office ama kesho ukuje kwa office town tutakupatia huko??? seriously??????if am not a daily town commuter,nitatoka ruiru niendee change yangu town??I even asked him watu wakiingia kwa
gari mbona hungesema kama huna pesa "loose"usiingie vile tu wanasemange hakuna mpesa...what if the only money one had ni hiyo tu na alikuwa na mahitaji mengine?????then poor communication to the customers???why?why? management please check on this..I boarded the vehicle today around 6 jioni from town to ruiru ndani date 28/97/2021

Very rude makangas
For crying out loud,hawa makanga wa lopha ni nini shida nao? Almost every week they keep hiking fares after entering the bus. fare is clearly indicated na ukiingia gari wanabadilisha na wanakataa na change. Management do something about their behaviour.Other saccos like nawasuku and kenya mpya are well disciplined na sijawahi skia shida kwa magari zao,lakini lopha, hakuna wiki inapita bila wao kugombezana na mtu kwa gari

Poor service offered by your conductor
I boarded car no kbj 282q plying limuru road, first of all they had put loud music, I politely requested the makanga to ask the driver to either reduce the volume, or change the music, since the one playing had so much scratches and was affecting my ears, the makanga just ignored me and went on with his business, secondly when I wanted to alight at the stage club decmo the guy just ignored me and he passed the stage, I alighted but far away from my stage. Take action or train your staff. They are very rude. This makanga in particular. I'm so dissapointed. And on many occasions they play loud music some of us are from work and we just want quiet place on our journey home. This happened today at 8.30pm

Need for a fixed Lopha stage in Juja
We the residents of Juja have for the longest time been loyal to Super Metro, which have of late decided to ignore or rather assume the residents of Juja since they started going to Thika. You would find a very long queue in Juja from as early as 5am,and super metro bused come and just leave people stranded there and proceed to thika. Lopha buses have been coming to aid once in a while, but they have not been enough so I kindly request if we can have a stage for lopha in Juja which would really help most people, plus your services are just perfect, I've been carried by lopha a couple of times and I think it's the best bus company to beat Super metro in Juja. Thank you

I was a passenger today at almost 5p.m in lopha KCT 267T en route ruiru. While boarding the matatu, the price on the board and that was been announced was kahawa, ku 60.. Ruiru ndani 70. When we departed and the tout asked for the fare I gave him my 100 Bob and as he was collecting from other passengers,he suddenly changed the fare to 80 Bob to ruiru n the women started consulting if the fare wasn't 70 Bob as it was when we boarded. Long story short we refused to be charged extra n he asked if we wanted to shout for all the other passengers to hear. He accepted one lady's 70 Bob n continued. After collecting from the rest he came to me asking how much I wanted to pay as everyone else has accepted to pay 80bob. I asked for my change of 30 Bob which he said he didn't have n asked where I was alighting. When I was alighting, I have asked for my change only for him to give me a warning of a next time. Before he finished I have told him just give me my change or I will take the vehicles plate and report. He has thrown my change on the ground and told me I can take the plates. What he has done was rude and he should be fired or suspended if this is a first complain considering he overpriced all the other passengers on who knows if he was planning to pocket the extra money. Paying 80 Bob is not the issue but let the price on the ground be what is asked when one is in the bus.

Complaint over non-rationalized fares from Kahawa Wendani
i am a resident of Kahawa Wendani since 014. i wish to report non-rationalized fares to town in the mornings in the recent past, particularity on Mondays. a case in point is today the 04th of June 2018, when we were charged 100/- without prior notice. i boarded the bus at 6.15 am and was ready to pay the usual 80/- but i noted that the conductor wasn't volunteering to give me the balance of 20/-. i alerted him as we neared town only for him to tell me the fare was 100/-. as we alighted at Tom Mboya Post Office, i noted other passengers asking for their balances but got the same response. Kindly confirm if the fares have been revised upwards, and if its rational to charge residents of Kahawa 100/- while those from Ruiru and beyond pay as low as 50/- during the rush hour. also confirm how a passenger is supposed to seek justice when they are left at the mercies of the conductors in spite of the fare board indicating clearly what the passengers should pay at any particular time. i wish also the cartel of 'makanga' at Kahawa stage to be dealt with. its my believe the vice is stemming from there

Today late nyt I boarded one of your vehicle kcg 877m with a friend,since it was at night I wasn't surprised being charged a hundred Bob. I gave the tout 500ksh and he went on collecting money for the other without giving me my balance,when he finished at around kahawa wendani he had an ugly confrontation with with some of the passengers at the highway almost leading to a fight. When we went on I went forward to ask for my balance since I was alighting at bypass. The tout came told me that he had given me half of my balance thus was to give me the remaining balance. I refuted the claim since he had not given me any,he then went on and gave me 200 as I was waiting for the rest he again took the 200 n told me ho knows everyone by the amount they gave him and he was sure I had given him 200 and left me at the seat I was seated. I followed him and he started claiming he has all his cash in check and owes me no money, I told him I would seek further justice by reporting the case the following day and after a small confrotation with him,I was ready to spend more just to get that careles,rude,stealing tout to book and get my 300 back,he handed me 300 ksh claiming that he had seen where he had gone wrong. I was still not satisfied and told him I would report the same,he became violent to me saying that he fears no threat,he has gone to jail before and my words cannot frightened me and hit me on the face with the hand he was holding the cash with,thanks to the other tout who stopped him,he wanted to fight me... I alighted the vehicle and took the registration number of the vehicle to seek further justice but just seen it wise to share with management if at all they consider and respect customers views and grievances.

today just about five minutes ago i was overcharged together with all the passengers in one of your minibuses
the conductor decided to charge us a diff amount from that that was started when we were boarding
and this is not the first time it has happened
am saddenned that this is how you treat your customers
i was unable to get the number plate
and again on the same bus there was no table showing the charges at different times and this has to be changed
