The Amboseli- Tsavo Group Ranches Conservation Association (ATGRCA) is a membership organization founded in 1995. It brings together the Rombo, Kuku A and Kuku B, Mbirikani, Eselenkei, Kimana-Tikondo where sub-division is ongoing, the Olgulului-Ololarashi group ranches and Olgulului Ranch Trust. These lands cover an area of about 506,329 hectares stretching between Chyulu Hills, Tsavo West National Park and the Kenya/Tanzania border. The area is a UNESCO designated Man and Biosphere Reserve (MAB) and the Amboseli National Park (ANP) is an island in their midst and the core of the MAB while the ATGRCA lands are the buffer zone. The ATGRCA is the vanguard of the Kisonko Maasai pastoralist community who practice semi-nomadic and transhumant variety of pastoralism. In land matters,
