Our Senior Partner is a holder of a Masters Degree from the University of London (King’s College)
Master of Laws Degree (LL.M) where he specialized in Commercial and Corporate Law. He graduated from the University of Nairobi – with a Bachelor of Laws Degree (LL.B) in 2001 and was admitted to the bar in 2003. He has previously practiced law in two senior law firms in Kenya and has headed the Legal Department of a Commercial Bank in Kenya (and its affiliate Insurance Brokerage Company) for a period of almost eight years before establishing the Firm. In year 2008, he was part of a lead team that conducted a successful private placement exercise to raise equity and led the legal team to successfully finalise the process. In 2010 he single handedly managed a Rights Issue exercise for a Bank conducting all legal diligence and handling the matter to conclusion. In 2011, he was engaged by an international donor organization for legal opinion on intricate matters of the law and to date continues to represent the donor’s interests in Kenya. His wide expertise and knowledge in almost all arrears of practice is a major boost to the Firm.
