The management structure includes 6 non-executive members of Board of Directors, one executive Managing Director, Senior management staff, upper and lower cadre employees. The Directors themselves have a rich mix of wealth of diverse experiences in their backgrounds which are invaluable in running the company well. On day to day basis, the Company is run by a Managing Director assisted by a competent team of 5 able managers each heading a department. The company employs about 2200 employees.
