I sent my parcel which has already taken 3 weeks,, from mombasa to Nairobi,,, the person who attended me at mombasa booking office never picks my calls,, i am just suing this company,,, you dont deserve a liscence

Very pathetic and unreliable.How can a simple parcel take days to reach it's destination.I'll never use or recommend your services.NKT!!
I trusted the services and decided to transport school items before the opening date and until now the parcel has not reached...

THIS SHIT MUST STOP,MY CARGO WHICH IS PERISHABLE FOOD FROM NAKURU FOUND IT'S WAY TO KISII, DESTINATION WAS NAIROBI JOGOO ROAD! NOW NOBODY IS PICKING CALLS AND I CAN'T IMAGINE HOW THE FOOD WILL ARRIVE! IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE PLEASE LEAVE THIS NONESENSE BEFORE YOU ARE SUED FOR COMPENSATIONS! You don't have an office in rodi. Yet you take client goods to Rodi only to end in Transline Offices!!! 3 days for a simple percel to reach Rodi from Nairobi!!!

You are the worst courier service!! Even a single star will be overrating!! JUST CLOSE DOWN!!

A package was sent to chepilat from Nairobi only to end up in kisii. as I type this, a nother package was sent to chepilat but can't reach anyone on phone on the contacts I was given. Never again will I use your poor services.

How is it possible that a courier service does not have a receptionist who can answer calls? This is very annoying and inconveniencing. We sent a printer from Nairobi to our client in Kisumu. One week later, our client is yet to receive the package and calls to your office goes unanswered. Your service sucks big time.
