Mercury Engineering Services - Nairobi

The company installed rusted solar water heater. They were very unprofessional. The used more than double the amount they quoted and triple the time they said they would use to complete the task. We were able to be in contact with the director and he was very rude. They did not even finish the job. We had to call in some of our own people to do a few tasks since apparently it wasn't part of what they were supposed to do while they were still on site and underwent extra costs for installation. We paid someone else from a different solar company for consultation after they disappeared with the job only half way done and they said the inverter had to be changed. We had also consulted from other sources and companies and the work they did was shady. They wasted so much of our money and without any remorse were rude claiming to have more than 20 years of experience. At the end of the day, we had to call in other people to recollect from what they had done and finish the task.
