I choose to say this to say this to save someone from the perils of this company. I have worked for 12 years now and I’ve never met a toxic culture that matches the company. For Quality control guys are never protected from toxic chemical fumes as there is no functional fume chamber. There are brutal timelines with the production manager standing by your side to finish off the work. Products are rarely analyzed because of this. There are also no analytical equipments making the whole atmosphere super stressful. For ladies there is no special consideration for family duties.
