Very poor in delivering
I sent a parcel yesterday to nakuru its now 24 hours bado haijafikaa what kind of services are this??? I wish I used another company instead my item could be At its destination

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE
The guy with the phone will pick a call and start talking to other people while you are still on the phone. No courtesy at all.No apologies whatsoever. I am one disappointed customer.

Not picking calls
I tried call all the contact shared online, calls get though but not picked and one registering John Gitau this is so un Profesional mostly Monday working hours I am so fed up with your services

I was sent a parcel from nyahururu to nairobi using this courier service,when i called for assistance on where they are situated the phone was answered as they continued talking in the background. When i called again it was received and i was put on hold with no explanations whatsoever. This is the worst courier service i have seen so far in kenya.

This is the worst Shuttle i've seen. Their clerks talk crap to their customers expecting us to board their shuttles again. To make it worse the contact numbers don't even work to report a complaint. First of all, keep in mind there isn't a refund for a ticket bought under the pretence that 'imebakia mtu mmoja' try changing shuttles and you'll see. You'll be told wait till the vehicle is full to get a refund. I don't know what kind of code of conduct they use or if they even have a code of ethics.....worst experience ever i give it a -10 rating. I even got the photo of the person who spoke crap to me plus the ticket stump and vehicle plate number. 'Nucleur' you better style up or get out of the industry.
