Been following a parcel for two days and staff at your Nairobi office are not helpful either. I wonder how you do business. Service is very poor and pathetic for things that a customer pays for. Up your game and work the business way.

Your staff member by the name of sameera is horribly rude!!! How cab you have such obnoxious staff in a service industry!!! Pathetic!!! And your customer service telephone lines dont work.. very disappointed..
