Nairobi Enterprises Limited (NEL) was established in Nairobi, Kenya in 1978.We are one of the major distributors of medical equipment and medical consumables in the East and Central African region.

As the company grew the company base for installation and supply started to expand in and around Kenya. To keep optimum and efficient services on track. NEL opened a branch in Kampala, Uganda.
Equipment supplied and installed is maintained by excellent factory-trained engineers.
Experienced engineers are positioned to cover our entire clientele portfolio ensuring responding time is efficient and followups are done effectively. We aim to provide minimum downtime and ensuring health facilities are always operational.
