if you are a local tourist, forget about trackmark. i went there with my 2 friends from Kakuma today 30 November 2013, 1139 hrs and (un)fortunately they had a lot of foreign visitors. i ordered my meal (wet fry/chips) and was told it will take 30 minutes. i ordered my drink (smirnoff vodka and a krest). After about one hour, we enquired whether our meal was ready and we were told 10 minutes. By 1320hrs we decided to go at the main bar, tell them to pack our meal and we leave since it had taken quite long.to our shock, we encountered a very agitated manager (or whoever she is) who told us they have a lot of visitors. When we enquired why we were not informed that the meal will be late coz of the visitors, she rudely told us that we can as well leave their meal and go. We, and our hunger and anger, just left the premises.
I found it arrogant, disrespectful and utterly rude what the lady did to us and i demand an apology
