Like A Local Safaris - Nairobi

Having worked in tourism for over 15 years i set out on my own (after working for others or with others) to make a stab at a unique version of a Kenyan tourism company. The company is called "Like a Local Safaris," My model is an attempt to spread Kenyan tourism beyond the tourist animal parks and make use of an unfulfilled market I have noticed of visitors who want to experience Kenya without an emphasis on animals. People who want to meet Kenyans, learn the landscapes, cultures, and go outside Nairobi and game parks. This model pairs travelers with local Kenyans and custom itineraries that explore Kenya in unique ways. We want to be fresh and unlike all the other tour/safari companies I hopes to be modern and attract some of the young tech-savvy population and people who care about
