A Landscape or garden design by Riverscape Designs & Landscaping Services will be innovative, environmental and user friendly, sustainable, economical and practical. We take great care to ensure that your garden will be in keeping with your house and surroundings. We believe that good communication throughout each stage of the process is the key to designing the right gardens for our clients.

Here is a summary of steps in our garden design service:

Taking a briefing from the client to establish the requirements with our Landscape Architects, Horticulturist or Agronomist depending on the nature of the project. During the meeting, our staffs will suggest possible viable options that the client can adopt.
After the meeting, send you or meet with sketches and written proposal which outlines the style of the garden with a checklist of features to be included in the scheme.
A scheme Design that gives you the relationship of various functions and spaces will be presented, a cost for undertaking project will then be discussed depending on the project complexity, requirements in terms of specifications and detailed drawings.
Subject to agreement, the design proposal layouts and master plan are produced & presented accordingly. In agreement with the layout plan(s), further details, planting plans and grading plans are then produced.

A fully itemized bill of quantities, quotation and schedules are then produced.
We agree start dates and time schedule for construction works with you.

Garden Maintenance

Our maintenance services fall into three main categories.

a) Full regular service
We can look after everything from cutting grass, maintaining plants, seasonal bedding schemes and leaf clearance allowing you to just relax and enjoy your garden.

b) Lawn service
Let us carry out your seasonal lawn care. We will provide you with a program of regular visits to weed, cut edges, aerate, repair, reseed, scarify and top dress your lawn with the correct products to suit your lawn conditions

c) Pruning
Hedges, shrubs and trees require pruning at some point. Lawns require some light especially with some grass and to enable this, tree canopies need to be reduced. In our maintenance package, we assess your garden and give you a schedule for carrying out these tasks.
