Reviews of Suli Suli Restaurant - Mombasa

Whereas the apartment services were up to standard,I can’t say the same about the restaurant.I arrived on Friday evening ,So my boyfriend and I decided to have dinner at Suli Suli restaurant.We were served by a madam by the name daizy and we ordered for chicken in mushroom sauce with rice and two glasses of juice.I must say that this was the worst dinner experience I have ever had in my entire life.The waitress went out of her way to make my dinner experience very uncomfortable.I felt like I was eating with my co-wife.On the second day which was on Saturday 18/08/2019 my boyfriend and I decided to go to the bar for some drinks.My boyfriend ordered two whitecaps and I ordered for African tea.The waitress at the counter a ms Lucy told me they don’t serve tea at that time and that there were designated tea times.Infuriated by this ,I approached the chef who was on duty and told him the situation.Daisy quickly followed me to the chefs station obviously aware of what the two of them had done.The chef apologized and asked daizy to punch inn my order and serve me tea.I sat another 30 mins waiting for my tea.Obviously the two waitresses were looking for a confrontation.I calmly went to register my complaint to the chef who at this point raised concern about this.On Monday as our apartment was cleaned we went downstairs to Suli Suli bar for a drink and the treatment was just as bad.I asked to register my complaint to the management office and they two waitresses told me that the office was closed and there was no way of registering my complaint.I wish to register my complaint to the management Suli Suli restaurant and further ask that the management reign in on this unprofessional and unbecoming behavior from your staff.They are either undertrained or underpaid and therefore whatever the issue is it needs to be urgently addressed to avoid further misbehavior.
