"At Vasha Mind Body & Soul wellness spa (Formerly Thika counseling home) we believe that mental and emotional recovery shouldn't feel like a clinical process—it should feel like a self re-discovery and a re-invention.
For years, as Thika Counseling Home, we walked with individuals through their darkest moments. Today, in our Merryland Estate, Naivasha Centre, we have evolved. We have created a 'Mental & Psycho-Emotional Spa' because we understand that true behavior change and addictions recovery require more than just a clinical therapy sessions; they require a holistic sanctuary.
Whether you are seeking freedom from substance use, navigating a life crisis, or simply need a safe residential space to rediscover your path, we provide the professional expertise of a clinic with the peace and dignity of a wellness retreat.
You aren't just a patient here; you are a soul in transition. We invite you to step away from the noise, breathe the fresh Naivasha air, and begin the work of restoring and re-inventing your mind, body, and spirit.
