Reviews of Tumaini Supermarket - Nairobi

Bought a cooker and the attendant testing it broke the knob. Was told the replacement was being sourced from a nearby branch and would be available in 30mins. I waited and waited and waited and then BBI report was launched, still nothing. Asked and was told the driver was doing the delivery and would be here, still nothing. While waiting, I saw the broken being superglued and another fridge that I suspect was rejected by another customer getting scrubbed with methylated spririt. I'd get conned by online merchants than shop here again.

Today the 5th of Feb, 2018, I bought a liquid detergent at Fedha branch but when at the cashier counter a fellow customer notified me that the detergent was leaking, I requested to be given a replacement or a refund of my cash, but they Customer service guys refused. Very bad services. Hope you put the cash for donation, coz that is my hard earned money, every coin counts

I went at tumaini inside pipeline and bought a 130 litre tank that happened to leak just a minute after getting home. I returned the commodity and there was no other tank for exchange. I asked them to give me back my money so that I buy from somewhere else but they told me to wait until other tanks are stocked. I needed that tank urgently now I got no water in my house.
