Worst services ever....
Booked a shuttle at 8am from Shamkhokoho, arrived here to wait for the Car number 4 only to find it full.
The Car KCV 565W left us...your people here and their hooligans are extremely rude and could not be apologetic.
Secondly, The car didn't not observe any social distance Ntsa and Kra Online services
I have called two gentlemen to complain

I'm not amused by your service at your office located at Mfangano lane. Those guys Ruto and Veroh are so rude and won't assist you in any way. They belong to the village.

The phone number is unreachable most of the tym...so online booking is hectic..for that al give yu a 2 stars
