My sister arranged a tour package for us to Dubai through the agency. I was a little skeptical as I thought all agencies rip one off! The reviews of the hotel online were disappointing and I at times urged my sister to get us a change of hotel. However my actual experience was very different. The taxi driver was waiting for us at the airport, the hotel was 4 star and had excellent location and services, the airport transfer at the end of our stay was also efficient. Mariam took personal charge of all details and it showed. Highly recommended.

As a family we arranged for a three day trip to Masai Mara game reserve through Mamu travel agency, Nairobi.
We had a fantastic trip with this travel company. Our guide found every animal we wanted to see. The accommodations were superb.
Masai game reserve was spectacular! The simplicity and tent was what we wanted. Our guide was so knowledgeable and conscious of our comfort. He arranged a variety of experiences, from game drives to bush lunch. An evening dinner and bonfire was very enjoyable. On the final day the Masai community welcomed us to their homes and learned alot about their culture. I would definitely recommend this agency.
Setting up the trip was a difficult process due to the various interests of the family. Mamu travels our agent was unfailing responsive and accommodating. The trip ran smoothly and would definitely recommend this company.
