DESIGN COCEPT:-
Our 30Mtr High Mast is fabricated locally in Thika.It has a dodecagon shape (12 sided) and tappered to the top.It has 3 sections,base and middle section 10,000mm each and the top section 11,500mm to allow for overlapping when joining on site.
The 30mtr mast has a lantern lowering carriage designed to carry 6 -9 flood lights and is provided with a mechanical winch, which has a provision to be motor driven.The lowering system has the following:- Mechanical/Electrical driven winch,Galvanized wire ropes 6mm and a turnbuckle assembly.
The high mast is hot dip galvanized to give a good surface finish then painted with a base coat of Epoxy primer and finally painted Red and white for visibility purposes as per the given mandatory spcifications.
