Poor communication
Sent a parcel to Nakuru with them. I am still following up 2 days later and now they are not picking my calls. Congratulations you are giving world class service.

LATE DELIVERY
Sent a parcel from Nairobi to Busia on 9/03/2021 on 11/03/2021 the parcel had not been delivered.
Very frustrated, the fact that even the number on the shipment waybill 0703-******** I called and I was given a number 0701-******** to follow up with Busia office and follow up by myself.
Very disappointed with the service offered.

Dissapointong service
So I had big boxes sent to Malindi and your delivery guy drops them in Mariakani because according to him they were too big.
Question is: weren't they paid for?
What was more important in Mariakani than my boxes (that were dispatched on Wednesday) that they picked and left mine in Mariakani?
The items in those boxes were meant for idd so you can only imagine how many people I've inconvenienced coz of your IRRESPONSIBLE AND INSENCITIVE staff
