Poor service
My parcels delay at clearance and the clearing agency always revises the figures and keeps asking new moneys causing undue delays in parcel arrival. You can never know when your parcel will arrive if it’s by UPS

How do I find my percel
Please conferm if my percel has arrived with my name mercy cherono because I am receiving different calls asking me to pay 5500shs..I am confused I don't know whether to pay it or not because I asked for paybill number they insisted that its hunging and they gave me telephone number to pay to
